My A/C unit wasn’t working and after sweating in the heat all night I called Greenwood plumbing and heating first thing in the morning and they answered and sent out a technician within the hour. They replaced the capacitor and the filter and everything is great now! Top notch service!!

The Owner visited the job regularly and the young men who performed the work were careful, thorough, pleasant and very neat! The job actually took less time than they anticipated. I wanted to leave a review more than a year ago when I called this company to fix a small leak on my sewer pipe.( 2024) Mr Rooter Plumbing overcharged me lot of money for a lousy uncompleted job. They just put a patch around the leaking section. They guy who visited wanted $5,000. then, he said " Let me call my boss" since he couldn't fix the problem, he goes " We will do it externally " I was confused with his explanation...then, he called someone else, by his boss recommendations, and 45 minutes later , another guy from this company showed up with a kind of bandage, they wrapped it up around the leaking pipe, and they were done. Charging me thousands of dollars for a lousy job. I do not recommend this company! I will never forget how these people took advantage of me overcharging me for a job they couldn't solve.

First off Ed and Jim were very professional they were here when they said they would be. They went over every detail to make sure what would be done then they did it. They ask my opinion on a couple of things just to make sure it was correct. The best part was when they were finished they showed me pictures of the work they had done and it met my exceptions .I would not hesitate to have them do more work for me if needed. Plus they kept the price I was quoted some companies Quote you price then bumb the price up that was very important to me!!!! Tom Stuckman

We’ve been using Greenwood Plumbing for a couple of years now and they are always fair, honest, and efficient. We have had several different technicians and they have all been excellent. Today, Shayne was assigned to our job. I could not be available, so my wife stood by with him and explained the situation. After inspection, he rectified the issue extremely quickly and kindly informed us that it was only a loose fitting. There was no “upsell” or unnecessary work completed. He also provided a plethora of unrelated advice about water systems and plumbing for our own knowledge. When it comes to work needed around the house, it’s nice to know you have a company with honest and truthful employees. I would recommend Greenwood to anyone in need of services. The day before, Cameron came out for a clogged drain pipe in our bathroom. Upon inspection, he found a crack in one of the fittings that was actively leaking. He provided us with several different quotes prior to starting any work, just in the event that not all of the work he thought might be needed initially was necessary. He worked very quickly and communicated with us throughout the entire job. He fixed the problem without issue in a timely manner. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I woke up to a literal lake in my basement after that deep freeze last night. I was panicking because I thought a pipe had burst behind the drywall. These guys were the only ones who actually picked up the phone at 6 AM. The plumber, Mike, arrived within the hour and found it was just a faulty shut-off valve. He fixed it quickly and even gave me some tips on how to insulate the outdoor pipes for next winter. Super honest and didn't try to overcharge me for an 'emergency' visit. Highly recommend.

I woke up to a freezing cold house and found that my gas boiler wasn't working. I called Mister Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing & Heating at 8am and was amazed at how fast the two technicians arrived. Claimed to be certified rheem technicians and sent a technician who did not know how to enter test mode and run diagnostics on rheem water heater. He cleaned the filter and claimed the problem was fixed because it was dirty and that we should get a new water heater. Scam

I booked Greenwood Plumbing through Mr. Rooter to come out to repair or replace a sump pump battery backup system at my house. I ended up replacing the system, since the original one I had was so old it was hard to find appropriate replacement parts. It was easy to work with Mr. Rooter, and the work was done quickly! I'm a real estate broker and a client agreed to repair a leaking hot water pipe under the kitchen sink. Obtained a quote from a different plumbing company. Thought it was high and contacted Greenwood P&H, AKA Mr. Rooter. They could have scheduled the same day, but I made it for the following day at 8:00am. They arrived on time, immediately assessed the situation, provided a much more resonable quote, completed the job quickly and very professionally. I highly recommend this company and will definitly call them for additional plumbing needs!

We had a clog in our mainline outflow. I found Greewood Plbg online and called about 1000. Shayne was here before 100. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the process, listened to my comments, and answered my questions while taking care of business. He left by 300, so he was also quick. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to anyone. Great job, fair price, excellent service. One thing that I liked was that the woman in the office sent called me when Shayne was coming, and she followed up with a text that had his picture (in a Santa hat; it's Christmas time). That was a nice touch.

Edward from Mr. Rooter is a Godsend. We haven’t had proper running water for almost three months! Roto Rooter came out and quoted us an outrageous amount. My Husband and I are postcancer patients and our budget is low right now. Mr. Rooter gave us an amazing price and he was so friendly and patient fixing the water valves. Charles and Will were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to replace a valve on one of our water pipes that we needed in order to hook up the ice maker for our new refrigerator. After they finished, we discussed heating solutions for our current boiler, which is inefficient. I was quite satisfied with the service they provided. When I ran into a problem later that same day and had contacted the company, Will and Charles went above and beyond to help me out. They came back to our place, when the appliance guy was unable to fish the tubing from the valve they put in up to the next floor to the where the refrigerator is. They were a lifesaver - Highly recommend them!!!

Brian and Charles were highly professional with extensive experience with 100+ year old homes and with historical layers of mixed plumbing materials. Fixed a sewer line connection problem through the foundation of my house which entailed digging a 5 foot hole in the hot sun, and educated us about our whole system along the way. Highly recommended.

Issues called for "NO hot water" The service technician was really nice. Though I did approve the two individual quotes / repairs done I find the charges are quite outrageous. $150.00 diagnostic charge. No problem with this. (Though many places waive if you have the work done) They did not. OK fine. Replace a bad relay @ $665.95. The part on line less than $70.00. That didn't fix the problem but was probably bad? Replaced a transformer @ $367.47. The part on line was $16.00. The more I think about it the $947.00 in labor for replacing the two parts seem excessive for about 2 1/2 hrs not including the diagnostic fee. I spoke calmly with someone at the shop and was told there was nothing she could do about it. Oh well!!! Live and learn.

Kelly came out to look at a leak that I had on a cracked nut with the water shut off on the toilet. She diagnosed the problem right away gave me an approximate cost and diligently went and fixed and resolved the solution. She tested it, twice and provided solutions to restore damage. It is four years since Greenwood came and pretty much re-plumbed my whole house, including installing a new boiler. Solid work for a fair price. These old houses can make some jobs last longer than anticipated, which was likely the case for my house. The crew had excellent manners and we are very satisfied with the work. I am writing this after four years to ensure the system is working well. Everything has run smoothly.

Came out and diagnosed my problem. Was told a part had to be ordered and never heard back. Called multiple times the following day, left messages and never got a call back. Left my family without heat for 2 days in 0 degree weather. Do no recccomend and will tell people to avoid at all costs.
